Your Career Path 

Partner

ファームの代表として各クライアントだけでなく、グループの予算計画及び財務目標の責任を負います。ファーム全体へ影響を及ぼすことができ、クライアントの新規開拓やエグゼクティブたちとの関係構築もパートナーの責任です。セミナーの開催や記事の執筆なども期待されます。

Senior Manager

グループのリーダーとして働き、特定の分野における専門家として市場開拓をします。マネージャーとしての仕事もありますが、より高度で複雑な仕事を担当していくことになります。また、セミナーの開催やリサーチなど対外的な仕事も期待されます。

Manager

通常5-7年目のスタッフがマネージャーとして働きます。シニア、ジュニアを管理しながらプロジェクトの指揮を取ります。クライアントとの関係構築もマネージャーの役目です。

Senior

2-4年目のスタッフがシニアとして働きます。チームの中で仕事をリードする役割があり、日々の仕事を管理します。

Associate / Junior

通常、新卒か第二新卒または業界未経験のスタッフが採用された場合このポジションからスタートします。特定クライアントにアサインされ、シニアの指導のもと、様々な環境業務を学び習得していきます。

Internship / アルバイト

弊社では学生アルバイト及びインターンの受け入れをしており、実務に触れながらMazarsでのワークライフを体験することができます。
